How to delete a payroll tax payment that you scheduled?




I can definitely help you delete the tax payment as long as it was manually recorded or has not been processed yet (electronic tax payment). Let me guide you on how this is done in QuickBooks Online.

  1. Go to the Taxes tab on the left panel.
  2. Click Payroll Tax.
  3. Click View tax payments you have made under Taxes.
  4. Click the tax payment to delete.
  5. Click the View and Print Form dropdown menu.
  6. Select Delete.
  7. Click Yes to confirm.
